2.Main Feature
(1)Adopt imported PU material,it has excellent elasticity good fastness after washing .
(2)Q-L is no backing adhesion type, it is convenient to produce massive for large number
Not suggest to make tiny pictures or thin lines less then 2mm
It can be made with machine or cold knife , not suggest to use laser cutting.
* If cut from back side, can use laser cutting machine.
(3)Q-N is backing adhesive type, Its basic layer adopt organo silicon,which is a kind of high-temperature adhesive sticker, it is suitable for thin/tiny pictures, can be use by cutting machine/cold knife or laser cutting machine.
3.Information
(1)Material:imported elastic PU ,high-temperature resistance BOPET film.
(2)Peeling method and the effect:cold peeling ,matt and light.
(3)Heat transfer requirement:temperature 150-160 degrees, time:10-15s/time,pressure: 20-30P.
(4)Washing test:Home launder test:40 degrees,more than 50 times,30min/time AATCC test:more than 10 times.
(5)Textile care:Iron the garment from inside to outside.
(6)Use tools: cold knives(including scissor/graver/cutting plotter), laser engraving machine, cutting machine .
4.Store/expiry date/package
(1)These products are non-dangerous store method like other products.Place in cool/dry place,ban crashing with sharp things.
